Q: Is your office inspected for cleanliness? A: Infection control is an important part of any healthcare practice. Our dental team is fully trained to provide the maximum in disinfection and sterilization procedures to insure your safety. Our office meets ADA, CDC and OSHA regulations.
Q: What are your policies on financial arrangements and dental insurance?
A: We help you file your insurance claim forms without additional charge and will do all we can to help you receive maximum benefits.
Your benefits are determined by your employer, not your dentist and are not meant to pay 100% of all treatment cost. Insurance benefits vary greatly from one policy to another. It will be your responsibility to pay any amount not covered by your benefits. If you have insurance, we ask that you bring your insurance booklet with you to your first dental appointment.
Payment is appreciated on the day services are provided. Our front desk team will be happy to discuss all options with you. We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, and Care Credit payments.
Q: Can I refer someone to your practice? A: Because our patients feel so good about the dental care they receive, our practice grows from their referrals. We sincerely welcome patient referrals and will always make time to see a friend or relative you think we can help.
There is always room for another smiling face! Be sure to have them tell our receptionist that you recommended us. Your referral is the kindest compliment we can receive.
