We are currently a preferred provider for Delta Dental Premiere; however, we will be happy to file all insurance claims without additional charge. We do everything we can to make sure you are getting the most out of your benefits. Your insurance coverage is determined by your employer, not your dentist, and isn't meant to cover 100% of the cost of your treatments.

Insurance can be complicated because benefits offered are different from one policy to another. It's your responsibility to pay the amount that isn't covered by your benefits. If you have insurance, we ask that you bring your insurance booklet with you to your first dental appointment so we can refer to it for details.

CareCredit & Citi Health

CareCredit and Citi Health are both interest-free credit cards that allow you to break down the cost of treatment into manageable monthly payments. We will help you choose a time period for repayment, usually up to 18 months. Simply make your monthly payments on time and finish paying before your promotional period ends and you won’t be charged any interest.

Please contact our office to learn more about these convenient payment options.

Other Forms of Payment

We also accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover as payment for treatment.

Sterilization Procedures at Our 57301 Dentist Office

Sterilized treatment area at dentist office in Mitchell SDWe have specific sterilization procedures in place, and we go through multiple steps to ensure that the dental environment where you receive your care is as clean as possible. After treatment, we wash all used instruments to clean and disinfect them.

The instruments are then inspected one more time and sealed in a special bag. Next, they’re placed in an autoclave, a machine that is designed to kill all bacteria that may still be present. We then take the sterilized instruments back to the treatment rooms for use. Our team also disinfects our treatment rooms on a regular basis with disinfecting wipes and sprays that kill all surface bacteria. Our office meets all ADA, CDC, and OSHA regulations.

We've Upgraded Our Technology

At Dental Health Partners, we have upgraded from the traditional x-ray sensors you have probably used in the past. The picture below shows two sensors; the black sensor is the one we use. It has rounded corners and is smaller than tradition x-ray sensors.

Xray Sensor Dental Health Partners in Mitchell, SD

The gold sensor is the traditional size of x-ray sensors. It has 90-degree corners, which tend to poke patients and are uncomfortable. We try to make going to the dentist more pleasant, and we tend to get complements from patients who really like these new, more comfortable, black sensors.

Also, since children better tolerate our digital sensors, we can take cavity-detecting x-rays sooner. Previously, we wouldn't have been able to take x-rays because of the discomfort of traditional sensors. Now we can find the cavities sooner when they are smaller and easier to address, rather than waiting until the cavity is bigger and close to the new tooth.
